The base model comes with a front disc brake and rear drum brake setup. The base trim also entails a single-piece seat. The handlebar on the base trim of this bike is flat. The pillion grab-rail on the bike is also a single-piece unit. The top-spec version of the P150 comes with a front and rear disc braking setup. The top-spec trim also gets a split-style seat, a clip-on handlebar, and split pillion grab rails. Both the base trim and the top-spec trim come with single-channel ABS.

The P150 comes equipped with a single-pod headlight completed with an LED DRL. The visor on the bike is tinted. The muscular fuel tank is stylized with fuel tank shrouds. The Pulsar branding entails a 3D finish. The engine is wrapped with a protective cowl. The exhaust manifold of the bike is an underbelly unit.
