Things That You Need To Know About KTM Duke 200

The Duke 200 was the first product offered by KTM when it entered the Indian market. Since its introduction, the bike gained a huge following all over the nation. Why?
Well, many aspects work in favour of the motorcycle.

Some of them are as follows –

Looks

The latest iteration of the Duke 200 is now in sync with the rest of the available KTM bikes in India.
The design language is refreshed. The bike now comes with an angular headlamp unit with integrated LED DRLs. The fuel tank of the bike is also aggressively designed. The best part is that the capacity of the fuel tank is increased to 13.5 litres from 10.2 litres. The tail end of the bike is now sleeker. The seats are split which adds to the appeal and functionality of the bike.
In terms of colour schemes, KTM offers the bike in two colours. The graphics affixed are also revised. The colour schemes available are Electric Orange and Ceramic White.

Impressive packaging

The KTM Duke 200 price is justified as soon as one takes a look at the overall packaging. The bike now comes with a completely overhauled sub-frame. The instrument cluster is an all-LED unit with an orange backlight. The layout of the display has been revised. The bike also comes with dual-channel ABS instead of single-channel ABS that was found in the previous generation.

Mind blowing performance

The re-engineered split Trellis frame offers a riding stance that does justice to the rest of the bike’s streetfighter looks. The engine of the bike is a BS6-tuned single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected unit. The displacement of the motor stands at 199 CCs. It is tuned to produce 24.7 bhp of peak power and 19.3Nm of peak torque.

Verdict

It makes sense to buy a Duke 200 as it offers more than one will be spending on it.
