Design
While the KTM Duke 200 appears identical to the 250 Duke, it has a different engine cowl, different graphics, and an underbelly exhaust instead of a side slung exhaust.
Engine
The engine is the same as the BS4 variant but modified to meet BS6 pollution standards. The engine now generates 24.6 bhp and 19.3 Nm of torque, compared to 25.4 bhp and 19.5 Nm in the BS4 model. The engine is a six-speed gearbox and slipper clutch.
Practicality
The KTM 200 Duke now has a fuel tank capacity of about 13.5 litres, up from 11 litres on the BS4 200 Duke. The seat height has increased by 12 mm, which may be uncomfortable for shorter riders.
Pinned Upgrades
The 250 and 390 Duke share a new split trellis structure. It still has 43mm WP forks and WP mono-shock. The bike uses the same 300mm front and rear Bybre discs, but the dual-channel ABS replaces the single-channel one.
